Blogspiration (1)

Hey Wonderful Readers!

GFC and LinkyFollowers combined, I really have more than 100 followers!
I want to thank each and everyone of you for coming to my blog.
You all are the best! :)

What makes me smile more than anything else is hearing my favorite inspiring quote of all time.

Blogspiration is newer meme created by Growing Up YA and Saz101. The meme was made to sparkle brightly inspiration among bloggers, readers and writers alike. An inspirational quote/picture/video is posted weekly, on the day of the author's choosing, so that it may inspire creativity, conversation and just a little something.

The quote I choose is about embracing the future even if you are scared. This is my favorite ending line of any book I ever read. I love this line because it provokes the need to confront the uncertain and scary future. This quote inspired me to take chances like creating a blog and trying to promote a Down Memory lane meme. It inspired me to wake up every day and try new things like eating cheese even though I disliked the flavor before.

"What would come, would come...
and he would have to meet it when it did."
(Pg. 734, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire)

Now, how about you share your inspirations with this new sparkling meme.

  1. What a beautiful sentiment. It makes me want to re-read the series again (for like the 100th time) . :)

  2. Oh, yes. Actually I never paid particular attention to this sentence. But now, after reading it over here, I might go on with my rereading of this series again. It's like the 50th time, but I don't care. I love it.

    Thanks for sharing :)

  3. Oh wow! That's just brilliant! I neve really take much notice of sentences on their own, I tend to look at a scene/event as a whole. But this just a brilliant line to end a book on, and says so much when read on it's own like this. Thanks so much!

  7. Aaaah! You're a girl after my own heart. "What would come, would come...
and he would have to meet it when it did."
OK, by merit of the fact that it's Harry Potter alone, I'd adore you for posting this, but RACHEL! This is so SO true and relevant. Thank you so much for sharing this! It's Monday morning in Australia, and I've just started work--this could not possibly have come at a better time. I'm making it my mantra this week. Thank you so. SO much for the reminder xx

  8. I like it Rachel :) And it's totally true :) I am in a moment of my life that I have big decisions to make, I will apply to the University of Edinburgh and I wanted this so much! But now that I actually have to apply I am so scared :/ What if I don't get it? What if I get in? ...I'm just a bit nervous. But the future will come anyway so, better be prepared :) Thanks for sharing this :) ;)
